This is for a patient that still has a landline and needs extra help on it but due to age or dexterity would be best suited using a corded phone.

This is for a patient that still has a landline and needs extra help on it and would be best suited using a cordless phone.
NO landline – Android Tablet Package
ClearSounds TTAP10 Tablet
This is for a patient that no longer has a landline phone and already has a cell phone and can use the tablet and it’s hard of hearing applications to hear better. Tablet includes a 3G sim slot. Sim card and service is not included.
NO landline – Android Smartphone Package
Motorola Moto G4
This is for a patient that no longer has a landline phone and needs an unlocked GSM Smartphone. They can use the smartphone and it’s hard of hearing applications to hear better. Smartphone includes a 3G/4G sim slot for using pay-as-you-go cell phone service. Sim card and service is not included.
NO landline – Cell package
Jitterbug 5 & ClearSounds QT4L
This is for a patient that no longer has a landline phone and wants a simple cell phone. If they already have a streamer then you can just omit that from the package. If they don’t this is an upsell opportunity into the streamer of your choice — this package shows the ClearSounds QT4L streamer.
NO landline – Bluetooth package 1
ClearSounds QH2, CR200, & QT4L
This is for a patient that no longer has a landline phone and already has a cell phone. If they already have a hearing aid streamer then you can just omit that from the package. If they don’t this is an upsell opportunity into the streamer of your choice — this package shows the ClearSounds QT4L streamer.
NO landline – Bluetooth package 2

This is for a patient that no longer has a landline phone and already has a cell phone but they struggle to hear on the cell phone and need more amplification. This is for a patient that also can’t afford the hearing aid streamer packages or perhaps doesnt even have hearing aids. Use for cell phone line sharing.
