Hearing Aid Express has always followed two very simple rules when it comes to our hearing aid pricing:

1. The public has the right to know what hearing aids cost before they decide to buy a hearing aid.
2. Hearing Aid Express always offers their featured products at the lowest prices possible.

To our knowledge, Hearing Aid Express is the only hearing aid company that allows you to pick up price sheets in our offices and leave with them, even if you don't buy a hearing aid right then. We feel educated consumers make smart choices, and if you give people all the information they need to make a smart choice and you do a good job they will choose you. This open approach allows for an honest relationship between our clients and our company. Too many times other hearing aid companies make it difficult to find out the cost of a hearing aid beforehand. Hearing Aid Express has eliminated this issue with published prices available up front.

Hearing Aid Express has taken several measures to ensure low prices for our clients. First by operating our own manufacturing and repair labs we've been able to lower some of the costs associated with these lab functions. Second, as manufacturers drop their price to us as our volume of hearing aids ordered from them increases, we drop our price to the public. Third, on an annual basis Hearing Aid Express hires a professional mystery shopping company. Their purpose is two-fold: 1) to shop our competitors and our own stores to make sure our customer service is the best in the industry and 2) to ensure our prices for similar or the same products are among the lowest if not the lowest even before our advertised discounts. By doing this we can confidently say our clients are getting both exceptional service and great prices on the products purchased from us.
